Nibble Refund Policy

At Nibble, every cookie is handmade in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, we always want you to be happy with your order, so please read the policy below.
1. Incorrect, Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
2. Quality Concerns
If you believe there is a quality issue with your cookies, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details. Because taste is subjective, we cannot offer refunds for personal preference, but we will always review genuine concerns.
3. Change of Mind / Ordering Mistakes
As our products are made to order and perishable, we cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of Mind
- Ordering the wrong flavour
- Not reading the product descriptions or allergens
- Not being home for the delivery
4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
All allergens are clearly listed on each product page. We cannot offer refunds if allergens were missed or not checked before ordering.
5. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by Royal Mail or couriers
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Parcels left in a safe place or with neighbours
We will assist with courier claims where possible, but we cannot refund orders delayed due to courier handling.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before our weekly prep day. For our current bake cycle, this means cancellations must be made before Monday at 9am for delivery on Friday. After this time, your order will already be scheduled for production, and we are unable to cancel or amend it. Once prep or baking has begun, cancellations are not possible.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for processing.
