Freshly Baked to Order
At Nibble Bakery, every cookie is baked fresh to order in small batches to ensure they arrive tasting their absolute best.
Weekly Baking & Dispatch Schedule
Orders must be placed by 8pm on Tuesday for Friday dispatch. Orders received after the cut‑off will be dispatched the following Friday.
Weekly schedule:
- Tuesday (8pm): Order cut‑off
- Wednesday: Preparation
- Thursday: Baking
- Friday: Dispatch
Delivery Information
Orders are dispatched every Friday using Isle of Man Post, our trusted local postal service. For larger or heavier orders, a courier service may be used.
Estimated delivery times:

Isle of Man: 1–3 working days
- United Kingdom: 2–5 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, weather conditions, or bank holidays.
Tracking
If your order is sent using a tracked service, tracking details will be emailed to you once dispatched.
Delivery Addresses
Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. Nibble Bakery cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Freshness & Storage
Our cookies are baked fresh each week and packaged to maintain quality during transit. Cookies may be frozen on arrival for up to 1 month.
Delays & Delivery Issues
Once dispatched, delivery becomes the responsibility of the postal or courier service. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
